the first personal computer i ever saw was one my mother brought. it was a family christmas present, i think in 1992. To me it was like having a robot in the family.

what was yours like?

The first puters I experienced were at primary school, those creepy ones with the red and black keyboards. We did the usual word processing and THE TURTLE. AHH.

Our first family computer was a windows 95, when I was 7 or 8, and I played rodent's revenge and skifree. Shortly after

Did you have the turtle that you had to programme on the puter so it followed a maze on the floor? That was kickass.

OMG LEMMINGS. My dad used to play that all the time. I think he wouldn't even let me play, haha, I had to content myself with watching him play. I used to have a game that like, taught you to read. It involved a house with different rooms and there were books in each room.

oh and it was a mac. My dad also had some sort of space invader game, with a ship that would rotate in the center and shoot at crap (you were the one shooting at crap). LOL I remember my friend's computer, it only ran DOS. So weird.

i dont really remember. my brother got one when i was in 8th grade and that was the first one we OWNED and it had a coloring thing on it and i colored people bowling.

our first comp was a Compaq windows 95 and we had the crappiest dial-up. i remember being on it all the time reading X-Files fanfiction, lol. Good times!
