Did the doctor mention any dietary changes or enhancements you could try? That's gotta be annoying having that clavicle spastic thing. Since stress seems to trigger your headaches and spasms, is there any way to lessen your stress load or to handle it better, so that you don't have to keep depending on drugs?
I feel like I've done as much as I could in terms of toning my stress down. I'm kinda spent, now. I can deal with anxiety a lot better than I used to, I'm a lot better than I used to be. I some physiological causes behind some of the stress, but I'm on daily medicine for that, so that's as taken care of as it can be.
I feel like if I lighten my load, I'm being a bum. Crazy, I know. I'm only in four classes this year, but counting my hours at my press internship and the library, I work 23 hours a week. I hate to take off because I only leave my supervisors in binds. And my classes are pretty much pro-penalizing absences. I don't take more than one dose of meds per day if I can really help it. Some days I try to avoid taking medicine, but then the horrible pain just carries into the next day.
