To avoid spamming everyone's reaction post comments sections, I'll spam their f-lists. Yes, yes, that is how I roll. Dig it?

So, LJ-cutting with the reaction to the blah blah blah Doctor Who you know what it is, but I'm still cutting, yadda yadda yadda:

I wanted to watch Demons so bad for Philip Glenister, so I did and I just have to say I need to keep watching it for the LOLZ. I mean what was up with those furry little monkey creature things. That whole scene had me dying.

It's not something that hasn't been done to death before (and in a lot of cases, done better) but I didn't find it unbearable. I think I'll head back for episode 2:) Richard Wilson is gonna be in the next ep anyway so YAY on that one:)

And, OMG isn't Merlin serious love. I can't get enough of that show!! :)

Well, I am weak, so I imagine that while I'm home and am not behind limited bandwith, I'll dl the next ep or two, if only for Philip Glenister. But hey, LOLZ are better with others, so I'm counting on you to help me get the most of the LOLZ out of Demons!

Re: Merlin, I'm actually going to try and re-watch the first series soon, still have all the eps. May do picspam macros to entertain myself, as well. I am easily amused.

Ah, Demons. *grins* I think I liked it because it was crappy. I don't know. But there's a boy in it and that kinda swayed me from the start :P I'll admit, it wasn't the best show I've ever seen, but I enjoyed the crappyness.

Incidentally, the guys that wrote/created Demons are the same team behind Merlin? And yet...Merlin is so much better. Mm. Maybe it's a BBC/ITV thing. :P

Haha, it may be less of a channel thing and more of an example of how important how every role in a team is filled. I've seen some show runners do brilliant stuff then do utter horror. Crazy but true. I think with Merlin, I'll be honest, it didn't sell me in the first two eps, but you could still see the potential. I can't see anything with Demons. Does that mean I won't watch? I am WEAK. Of course I will. Did I mention Philip Glenister? :p
