Have you read Lightning on the Wave's fics? The Sacrifices Arc has (if I remember correctly) Snape as Harry's mentor and living Lily and James.

Debs has a very long Snarry, Invisible in which Lily and James are alive and dote on the Other Twin as the BWL and Harry gets shoved aside. He is taken in by Snape's mother, Eileen, and apprentices under Snape. They eventually fall in love.
