I'm trying to Find a story where Harry testifies in court that Draco can not be found guilty of having the dark mark because he was a minor when he received it. I think it might be either a drarry or snarry fic.

Is there anything to indicate this is actually a Snarry fic? The emphasis on Draco and Harry makes it sound like this request belongs in hpstoryfinders or drarryficfind.
