I've read that one, for sure. It was definitely one of the ones that inspired my love for these sorts of fics. Thanks!

I also wrote a short one, detailing the camping trip and sword-dropped-in-pond scenes during the Deathly Hallows.

Mostly because I wanted to read about hypothermia and couldn't find one to read. :) Wartime Comforts

And finally folks, the #1 most commonly cited reason for Snarry lovers to write a fic is: 'because I wanted to read about hypothermia'!!

Bwahahahaha!

Hmm. It could be fun to think up the other 9...

A very good post-war fic in which the two are escapes (or Harry escapes with an unconscious Severus) would be "A private esacape" by DementorDelta and CruiseDirector: http://archiveofourown.org/works/107487... )

Dance in the Dark of Night has Snape and Harry camping/on the run in a mission to defeat Voldie.

It also has a sequel, unfinished at the moment I think, Tango at the End of Winter The sequel has mpreg though.

I just read this one: Safe house by thesewarmstars
Summary:Takes place after OotP, ignore HBP and DH. When both their lives are in (greater than usual) danger, Harry and Snape must live together in a secret location all summer for their own safety. How will they survive it? Simple-they'll just have to get to know each other.
Warnings: mention of non-con and mpreg but only briefly.. I like the game of get to know you.. its a nice dynamic.

Shamelessly self-reccing: I wrote a very short one (1500 words, a ten minute read...) that fits your request called "If you loved me" found on Severus Sighs.

I thought it turned out rather well. :)
