For the first request, can I suggest you a fic when Harry take care of the little slytherins (and children of another case) and Severus haer about it? What you don't know by Cayce Morris

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but there is a very touching scene in 'No hiding place' where Snape rescues Minerva after she is kidnapped by the DE. I love that scene and always tear-up when I read it.
