Can't help you with what you are looking for, but Wow, that third one sounds very interesting. I've not read any fics where Harry's met himself while dimensional traveling. If you have any recs already (which is why you are now looking for more) please let me know!

Alternatively, you could offer this up as a plot bunny/prompt over at snarry_bunnies or for next year's Snarry-a-Thon.

I'm not sure if this totally fits your #3 but I've been reading The Pendulum of Choice by Rushlight and it's all about alternate universes and the different 'Harry's' he finds.
