I can only think of one story off the top of my head - but it fits what you're looking for. The Love Song of Bastard and Idiot by Predatrix from the second wave of the Severus Snape Fuh-Q-Fest (way back in 2002!) features a Severus who has been taking a potion to supress the libido and is now forced by Poppy and Albus to withdraw from it. Harry helps with the withdrawl symptoms. Which involves quite a lot of sex.
