Summary: From the private journal of John. H. Watson MD; not intended for publication. Being an account of the strange case of the Fourth Deathly Hallow; in which Dr John H. Watson and Mr Sherlock Holmes save a life, discover the true secret of Professor Moriarty, unravel a time loop or two, encounter a femme fatale, imbibe potions, break into and out of a wizarding mansion, hide in a male brothel, go shopping, track down a magical artefact, almost attend a ritual sacrifice, fail to be Obliviated and totally ignore the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy of 1692, all in the company of a lank-haired, irascible but secretly besotted schoolmaster, a bemused aristocrat and an increasingly perceptive and enamored young hero.

And her Snow Harrie this one is AU-magical-ish. Fairytale-esque and lovely! Set in (I'm guessing :/) medieval times (or early Renaissance I suppose). There is also The Black Asphodel by DementorDelta which is set during the French Revolution (AU-magical).
3, 7 & 8) A Question of Etiquette by swtalmnd definitely fits 7, and sort of 3 and 8 (in odd ways I suppose haha, and if you don't mind 3 and 4-somes with the twins). Three Men by cruisedirector and Celandine is a veritable smorgasbord of kinks of all kinds and is HP/SS/RL.
6.) Second Best by RaeWhit is pretty unique, Harry and Severus find each other on an ( ... )
