*g* Me too - my omelettes are just like this. I make terrific scrambles though!!

I've slapped down the plate just like this - nothing more aggravating than a good looking omelette ruined by a bad flip. :P

hahaha- this reminds me of my boyfriend trying to make eggs "over-easy" ... he always just gives up and makes them "sunny-side up"

Seems like eggs are a real hard thing to master. Then again, they do say if you can make a great omelette, you can make anything. *g*
