Most of her bad behavior was in front of patrons, which meant that it wasn't really appropriate for me to tell her off. Apparently she'd figured out that I felt this way. She had great faith in my professionalism?

Even when I was in middle school, I was under the impression that this sort of behavior should be left in middle school, and I am continually unpleasantly surprised every time I find out it isn't.

I was so surprised that an adult was acting like this, I had no idea how to even react to the first few incidents. This was not subtle, and the woman was around my mom's age.

I didn't either! It was pretty surreal.

It will be a Zojirushi, but I'm still trying to decide which.
