How much of a hassle is it to cancel your Paypal account and create a new one?

I actually had to walk someone through this at one point, and the amount of hassle it is is of roughly the "kinda" magnitude, if nothing goes wrong. (As in, if they don't decide your Up To Something and ban you forever midway through, something about which I have heard horror stories.) But, yeah, that's a possibility!
