Scathing comments didn't stop her from coming back last time, why would they change her behavior this time? It's an abusive cycle, snark... Her behavior is reprehensible, but at the same time yelling at her, when it's been proven not to stop her stealing, is stupid and rather pathetic.

We're creative people. We can come up with other options beyond the knee-jerk variety, don't you think?
