How JC Escaped... notes and playlist

The initial inspiration for How JC Escaped... was the fairy tale, Heart of Ice. (You can find the complete text from Project Gutenberg if you search for Green Fairy Book. It's quite long and lots of weird shit happens in it.)

There's very little from the tale in my fic, but that's how it began

BAY CITY ROLLERS!!! I am so downloading these when I get home! And it IS pretty funny that we both chose that Britney song. But it's such a good song. I also considered 'Leather and Lace' but it didn't really fit my fic. Even if it REALLY fits JC :P

My youngest aunt is eleven years older than me. Her bedroom was plastered in the Bay City Rollers posters and since that was the room I stayed at Grandma's, I have a certain affection for them--even though the posters looked pretty awfully plaid to me.

So many songs on that CD fit JC. I really want more BritC fic now. (I even had a really smutty BritC dream the other night.)

I always want BritC. It's a very underrated pairing! I almost want to run the Momma Challenge again, just because I had decided that Britney and Xtina are fair game now that they are technically moms.
