It was a dirty, banged up, and possibly bleeding young Queen that managed to make her way to the fifth floor of the dorms. Once there, she leaned against the door for a moment before she started pounding on the door.

*SHIRA!ShiraShiraShiraShiraShira.*

The litany was being repeated on an open communication thread and out loud as well as the hysterical girl pounded on Shira's door.

Shira had been in the middle of a turn-and-pace when the pounding came; when the communication thread came, it came with an intensity that blasted into Shira's mind and left her gasping for breath for a second. She shook her head sharply to throw it off and went to answer the door.

"Talk. Now," Shira ordered, pulling Cassidy -- gently -- into the room and guiding her towards the bed, kicking the door shut behind her with one foot. "Why do you look like you were on the losing end of a fight?"

Cassidy swayed on her feet. "Elle. They got Elle. They took her. I tried to fight back but my Craft isn't working right and they were clawing and biting and throwing rocks at my head. They hit her, Shira! They hit her and I didn't hear her anymore. I tried again to get to her... but they hit me in the head. When I woke up... Elle was gone."

"Who was?" Shira demanded, helping Cassidy sit before calling in her supplies. "Breathe, Cassidy, breathe and talk."

She was trying to distract Cassidy from the fact that Elle was gone. That was something they could deal with another time. Like in twenty minutes when she'd patched her Queen up.
