Hold the presses!  How did I not hear about this earlier?  A new Vimes book in October?  :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I mean, I'd have loved a new Moist book, too, but Vimes!  I <3 Vimes.  He's just so . . . Vimes.

Every new Discworld book is a gift at this point (though I still haven't found time to read I Shall Wear Midnight, though I'm desperately looking forward to it -- I think there was a part of me that really didn't want to read it because I was so afraid it would be the last). Like you, I'm wildly hoping for just one more Moist book (I love those characters like burning) but a new Watch book is made of love and squee, too!

I haven't read any of the YA Discworld books. They look really good! But I think I'm saving them. (I don't like the idea of having no more Discworld books, so when the day comes. . . )

I really hope we get that Raising Taxes book, but yeah, they're all gifts now, and this one! I wasn't expecting another Vimes book at all, so I'm very happy. :D
