Bel's a first year? I thought he was second; he's on the fourth floor with other second years, while Shouichi and Spanner both got bumped down a floor since it was full. WAIT, DOES THIS MEAN IT'S THE CHAOS FLOOR ON PURPOSE--?

It might well be. I mean, the second floor has Enma, Skull, Lambo...and Fran.

Fourth floor = Chaos Floor.
Second floor = The Trolling Grounds.

Fifth floor = calm, composed, secretly evil people. (Though, I guess Fon and Shamal debateable.)
