I suppose it was fitting for a dragon to take to The Flame Alchemist. He was a mighty beast despite his fake claws and rubber teeth. Majestic! Noble! He will be greatly missed.

[There's a long pause, as if the writer is waiting for something.]

SO WHY ARE THESE THINGS IN MY OFFICE?!

ic: my office is not your home, event: tribbles, ic: casual ranting

Your tyranny was doomed from the start, bossman.

I'm afraid they just ate the staff lunch bar.

It would be appreciated, Sky. They're small, fuzzy and multiplying.

Can't you put them outside?

I wish I could. [You might notice the edge of the paper is starting to be eaten.]

THEY STICK TO EVERYTHING.

[THEY ATE HIS DONUT. And now trying to eat his journal. He is fighting them! Vigilantly.]

Yes, that would involve getting up, wouldn't it? Lazy bastard.

Well, don't bring them home. I'm feeling delicate today.

I am up! They took my other pen!

I wouldn't dream of bringing these things home with me. They're trouble enough here.

[SHE IS NOT LIKING THE TONE OF THESE RESPONSES.]

Are they harmful?

snapsnap_boom April 19 2010, 20:57:04 UTC
More annoying then harmful. Doubtlessly, they could chip our food supplies down drastically if we're not cautious and careful.

Is there a reason to harm them if they are only annoying?

We're attempting to remove them peaceful, however think of it this way. What if they devour all the food sources, what's their next source? Us, possibly.

You had a dragon admirer too, huh? And hey, I think these things are adorable.

He was rather rather large and liked toasted rats when he could wolf them down. [It was like having a dog. He likes dogs you know.]

They've eaten all the food in the office and are sticking to everything.

feathered_earth April 19 2010, 21:03:06 UTC
Really? If they come back, I might have to try something like that. Mine didn't really manage to eat anything.

...Yeah they're starting to stick to the walls here, too. I hope they don't try to munch on the swords and things.

I tenderized the rats a bit before trying to feed him.

...that would be a little disturbing.
