I'll be posting this on my own livejournal, too - here are my sister and I, as the Gringotts Grrls, performing a musical tribute to that most admirable teacher and spy! The performance was on Sunday, and one of the girls who came *already* has this up on youtube

Thanks! Actually, we *did* have the lyrics up on our myspace page a while back, but it looks as though I'll have to repost them. I wrote this song in June, I think (my sister founded the band and wrote our first two songs in May) and, when we gave our first official concert, on August 5, we didn't even think about singing it. It was just too sad! Now at least I can be happy to sing it again (but that's because I know Severus is not dead. Not really. He's alive and well and living as a Muggle -)

Anyway, we're very glad you like the song.

Yes, lyrics please! I'm very bad with correctly hearing sung words, especially in lo-fi lovingly handmade productions like this, so I'm missing at least half of it I think. :-/
