No, seriously, I've been contemplating running a Snape-centric exchange (though I doubt I'd go through with it on my own: so many exchanges out there, and I'd fear not getting the word spread widely enough), thus I think it would be a fabulous idea. I'd offer to help run it, even; I have experience with my small Hermione-centric exchange.

Some kind of fantasy fest would be awesome, too, like lupin_snape does it every year or 12am_nosh did earlier this year. Aside from that - I like the monthly pairing challenges. There just should be more Narcissa/Severus ;)

one thing i'd really like is for people to link stuff that's relevant to this comm but posted elsewhere. since the ij semi-exodus especially, i just know there's loads of rare-pair snape stuff that non-ij people are missing.
as for fests, they'd also be lovely! more fic is always of the good.
how about recs as well? i'd love to get some, plus it is probably the only way i can participate as i can't write/draw.
and... maybe captions? like, posting a pic (screenshot or drawn) of snape + someone (rare pair), and having people caption it? could be fun!
