Ouran? That is sooo 2006! LOL, just kidding :) I've never read the manga but I have seen the anime (double dipped on the DVDs) and have probably read 50 fanfics for it.

I think I saw the anime available on my Netflix list for instant queue and thought I'd give it a try. And it went downhill from there...
You should read the manga! It's very good... but I'm not biased or anything.
And fanfic scares me sometimes....
