I received the most joyous early Xmas present today! My package from Australia and dionysian_blood came today! The treats look so yummy we could hardly wait to dig in.

It's apparently a baking mix! I am going to do it after the holidays since we have tons of baked sweets around here already. It'll be great because it'll draw out the Australian experience. ^_^

Basically once the meriange bit is made you top it with cream & fruit (we use kiwi fruit, strawberries & orange and then put passionfruit pulp over it all) then dust it with icing sugar (powdered sugar)

I am seriously so impressed with how good everything is! You did a great job! And I'll definitely post photos of the Pavlova Magic after I make it. The photo on the package looks really nice and there's nothing better than kiwi fruit and strawberries.
