Admin: Rules, Dates, sign-up
Hi! Welcome to the Sports Night Holiday Exchange! This is a fannish challenge where people will be paired up to produce fic, graphics, and/or vids for whoever they are assigned. Please remember - you are creating a holiday gift for someone. We don't want anyone to end up without a gift.
The Rules:
1. Every person will be matched up to the best of my abilities based on wishes and talents. You are only responsible for completing one item, but can feel free to do as many as you want for your recipient.
2. When you sign up, you will be asked for three holiday sports night "wishes". Please do not request all graphics or all fanvids, as that will make it harder to match.
3. This exchange is open to: fanfiction, Sports Night graphics (icons, wallpapers, etc.), and fanvids. Please notate what you can/can't do for matching purposes.
4. All completed holiday pieces should be posted to the community. You can link us to your own journal or website, but we must have a post in our community to keep track of.
5. Please adhere to the dates set up.
6. Not a rule, but a request - please pimp this out to all your Sports Night Friends. More fannish SN stuff is never a bad thing, right?
The Dates:
Sign-ups: October 1st - October 18th
Matches Sent Out: Between October 19th-October 21st
Posting**: December 24th-December 31st
**If you want to do little teaser gifts leading up to your main offering, feel free to post those earlier, but please wait until the set time to post your gift. If you won't be around that week, let me know and I'll post it for you if you want.
