I make the animated icons with the program animation Shop 3 with clips in .mpeg format. Sorry I can't explain it more because my english is really horrible, but perhaps you can find a tutorial in icon_tutorial.

I used a icon table generator but the stupid thing just gave me the code and not the pictures.
