2) The story is all at once sad (the destroyed village) and hope (Naruto deals with Kyuubi for good, and Sasuke comes back and they live HAPPILY EVER AFTER.)

Oh wow. I'm not sure what I did to deserve this but someone let me know. I'll do it again. And again.

The art is gorgeous, dark, vivid, and OMG JUST HOW I LIKE THEM. Naruto's eyes draw me back each time, and the background is just so dark and everything thing about it is just so damn perfect. Thank you so much, because the fic is so good (aka OMGYESYESBRAINBREAK good) on it's own, but the art just digs into you. Gives the fic an edge just by being able to see the scene so clearly.

Okay, so that's just for the picture. I'll still need to write a detailed review for the fic itself. That will take some time, so I shall leave you with the message that it is wonderful, dark, intense, heartbreaking, heartwarming, and just an absolutely gripping read while I work on it.

Oh...and am I allowed to use the art for icons? (of course, I'll wait until after the reveal so that I can credit you properly)

The fic and the art are both just GORGEOUS. I seriously couldn't stop reading the fic once I started. The sex was so dark and sexy, and I love how sparse the prose is, but still really vivid. I loved the portrayal of Hebi and all the descriptions of the Kyuubi's chakra. And the the plant. I loved the little details about the plant.
