So... I've been writing SWTOR fan fic (if fic about one's own game characters can be called fan fic...it's still someone else's world).  I'd sort of like to, okay, really like to post it somewhere so that it can entertain other people.  Because I really love the idea of entertaining other people.

That's the point of writing after all.

I wouldn't spend all my time writing history and reviews and stuff if people weren't going to publish it eventually (and perhaps even pay me! :o)

Post it! Poooost iiiiiit! :D I know it's scary, but I'm telling you, it will feel so good once you do. It feels like... like...

... I really wish I could come up with a metaphor that didn't involve public nudity. ^_^;

But seriously, I can tell you that it's immensely liberating to post a story for all the world to see. You'll feel exposed and embarrassed, but you'll also feel giddy because you took the step and now you are laying claim to part of the public sphere. And that's what artistic expression is all about, no? :)
