To update folks on website issues:

Thanks to edg, I was able to finally see what's been going on with the site and why it's stupid slow. It's being slash-dotted by spam bots... to a section of the site that doesn't exists

Egads! That's terrible. Spammers really need to be outlawed and persecuted with military force.
