...What is this I don't even. Sailor Moon is canonically the strongest of the senshi. Also, Princess of the Stars is obnoxiously vague.

I think she was trying to name is Fleur (as in Fleur Delacour) but didn't know how to spell it properly. Anything named Fleur is supposed to be beautiful, and that includes owls I guess. :O Blek.
