I thought this was just brilliant! What a wonderful way to tell the story- Hugo is just such a sweetheart too! The relationship between Rose and Scorpius and it's development was very well written and went at a nice, steady pace. I could completely believe Scorpius' anger at his master plan being ruined when she didn't make Head-Girl.

And of course, I loved the use of Fred's portrait. A wonderful touch! Great read.

HUgo's viewpoint gives an interesting neutrality to the story, seeing both Scorpius and Rose equeally

Great story! At first I had thought that they had only posted the first half of your story and so I was like "Noooooo!" but then I saw the second half and was very relieved. I really liked the way you used Hugo in the fic to tell the story, it is always interesting to see Rose and Scorpius from a different perspective.
