Because I apparently did a terrible job of tracking anything on my resume that wasn't specifically related to music. And since I've had this since I was in grad school, I can use it to figure out when, exactly, I worked at all my other jobs. *eyeroll*

I was also trying to use it as a record of what my job duties were, specifically at the office job I worked at a couple of years ago....then I remembered that I basically had nothing to do there and my hours there generally consisted of listening to my iPod and trying to look busy on the computer by writing LJ posts and reading sewing blogs. :P

That's too bad about band classes. This is where Music Theory Bingo would come in handy (my piano teacher had us play this a few times in theory class).

Or have them compose short pieces in small groups?
