Jake lived a happy, full, and loved life. No one can ask for any more than that.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jake. I still remember him sleeping at the foot of my floor mattress when we stayed at your parents' house that one time. Adrienne's right: you can't ask for more than a long life of being loved.

I'm surprised that you remember that instead of the time that he pulled the Pyrex brownie pan off of the counter and it shattered, cutting his leg.

He was so silly. Though I can't say that I wouldn't go to extremes for a brownie myself :)
