i havent had a drink or a smoke in 3 fucking weeks... its pretty much killing me... figgerin' on spending yet another birthday alone... and probobly fucking sober, too.

how did i get myself to this point... again... and again... and again...

Sorry to read this. I can understand the quitting smoking but why stop drinking? I little drinking won't hurt, unless you have issues with stopping.

my parents wont let me smoke or drink at their house.... but now i have a job, so i can do both occassionally, so its okay.
