Really? It's one of the few flavors I know how to do without work since almost all ice cream uses salt. It makes it freeze at a lower temperature so it tastes more cold.

Because it's good?

It's not straight up sea salt, it's just a really mild ice cream flavor. Reminiscent of ocean.

Besides, sea salt's really basic, but they don't seem to have it pre-made around here so I figured, why not.

Well all ice cream is usually made with salt that it freezes colder. Sea salt ice cream is just milder tasting and reminiscent of the ocean.

It's pretty easy to make. Never had it?

No, I've never had it before. We mostly eat vanilla, white ice cream and mochi.
