[He doesn't look happy, but he doesn't look upset. For those that know him well enough, there is a sadness behind his eyes. It's not something that he enjoys showing though, so it's not readily visible as he talks.]

Kaido Kio is in a sleep coma.

[he sips on his tea and looks away from the camera]

His classes need to be covered.

[ Itachi is laying on his back, reading a book. He keeps alternating it form being far away to close to his face. He looks over, sitting up slightly and putting the book over his stomach. ]

You're teasing me. [ Itachi shook his head, before rising slowly from the couch. He looked up at the taller man, scarlet eyes running over Soubi's face. ]

[ Itachi stayed standing in that one spot, watching Soubi retreat into the kitchen. Had he upset him? Or was it just the situation in general? ]

[ Itachi followed Soubi into the kitchen, pausing at one end of the table. ]

I know. I can tell by how you look at him.

[Soubi smiles a little as he starts sits down to wait for tea]

He is annoying at times, but that's just how he is. Kio was my first friend.

[ Itachi nodded. He walked over into the kitchen, shuffling a bit. he was being extra careful with his steps today. His eyes were being especially bad. And, he didn't want Soubi to know, but... he didn't feel good. He had woken up that morning coughing. ]

[ Itachi already had tea ready for them. It sat on the stove, the spout allowing hot steam to escape. He pulled out two cups, going over and setting one in front of Soubi, and the other in front of the chair diagonally,on the other side of the corner. ]

What would you like with the tea?

[Soubi was watching Itachi carefully, so he was able to see something was off.]

[ Itachi brought a small plate of fish crackers to the table, setting them down in between them. He took a seat, and started pouring the tea. ]

Nothing. I woke up with a headache.
