I heard about DragonCon through the pony fandom, apparently they had the entire cast of the new MLP show (not sure how familiar you are with it) running around in suit. The suits were created by a furry, even! I saw lots of great photo and video coming back.

Interesting to hear you were there, though. We haven't talked in a while, I hope you're doing well. :)
