cooked up some pasta, made garlic butter and played with my bolognaise recipe.
drank beers while cooking. smoked, and then drank a 2003 S.A. wine called Black Swan (go figure).

Good company, good people for a quiet start to a fun night.

I got Tom and Paco getting pissed as we watch the tv yelling snarkiness at it.

Hey - if I were in Galveston and I heard about Rita coming, I KNOW that I should flee south. Hurricanes often drift northwards.

Anyway everyone that fled point A went to point B and the bloody bitch has changed direction to chase down these people.
No doubt someone's pissed something off.
