I really wish things had worked out differently and they stayed together in s7 with Clark and Lana just being friends :(

Yeah, part of me wishes they would have stayed together too, but at the same time, part of me agrees with Lana. I like where she is now in Season 8 too, or at least what's been shown so far, and I agree with her that she wouldn't have ended up where she is if it weren't for everything that's happened.
