I didn't think SPN was necessarily bad, per se, but I did think it was kind of boring. And don't worry, I've seen plenty of people say how much they liked Lisa.

As for SV, what did you think of mama!Tess?

Boring is better than bad. I can at least understand boring.

I'm not sure. I'm torn between "aww so cute" and "wtf is going on?"

I'm also not like a HUGE SPN fan. I mean, I watch, but I don't go nuts for it.

I think it's supposed to be more the former. According to Cassidy, it pretty much just is "I can't leave him here, so I'll take him home." But really, what better revenge? "I'm going to raise you to be a GOOD PERSON! TAKE THAT, LEX!"

Yeah, I know. There are so many people going OMG IT WAS SO BAD, but I watched it thinking, they're really starting over. The big thing that's been building for years is done and it's like going back to the pilot in a way. I...don't really know what everyone else was expecting. Oh well. I liked it. No one else has to.

I guess it's just a weird to think about, ya know? Still cute, though.

I don't hate Lisa and am I really really glad she didn't die.

I agree that Sam's off because of Hell, but I don't think it's completely Hell. I think there's a lot of Campbell influence in there too. It's not because they're a different kind of hunter, it's because for once he's not fighting it. (There's a prompt in here, I know it.) Think about it: Sam spent his whole life trying to run the complete opposite direction of everything hunting, and look where it got him? Now that he's back, he's just giving in and doing what he has to do.

I think that if Sam hadn't tried to defy his father so much, this is the hunter he could have been. Which is either scary or interesting, depending on the moment. I'm not sure if I like it yet, but it's enough to keep me watching.

But I don't trust the Campbells. Which is maybe different from thinking they're evil? I'm not sure.

But, other than that, generally speaking? Yes. To everything you said.

Exactly what I thought about Sam, and about the Campbells. I just think a lot of people are judging them way too harshly.

You I trust, though :) ♥

Well, it's Supernatural. I feel like everyone judges everything a little too harshly when it comes to this show.

Not necessarily a bad thing -- people are gonna do what they're gonna do -- but I liked the premiere. I think it gives them a lot of interesting places to go.

And I'm kind of stupidly glad that Dean stayed, which also puts me in the minority, apparently.

It happens with every show, I guess.

I'm right there with you. I think it's a wonderful start and I can't wait for more.

I'm catching up on Smallville and also watching the new stuff. My biggest thoughts on the latest episode can be summed up like this:

HOLY MOTHER OF DARKSEID.

Yes, there's that. I can't really comment much on it, because I...sadly don't know too much about Darkseid. SIGH.

I love the New Gods. Big comics fan and all. Darkseid's pretty badass, and seeing him made the episode for me, and I liked all of the rest of it too. Also, I'm hoping the two New Gods pictured in my icon right here make an appearance at some point. That would be amazing.
