Don't you hate it when you have to use the bathroom in the middle of a test? ESPECIALLY a final when it's like 40% of your grade ( Read more... )

I have the same thing with milk though, Trader Joe's has these milk-digesting pills that have saved my life--I love gorging on ice cream, but the only way I can pull it off anymore is by taking two or three pills before diving in. Makes it allll worth it though. I brought three full bottles (which is now down to two) over here if you ever wanna borrow some!

Don't forget that caffeine is also a diuretic (make your kidneys take more water out of your blood).
