I think this chapter kind of needed more Withnail though. More drunken men who are drugged out of their asses. 8D; Though I guess the conversation between "Marwood" and Iris is a bit intense. I'd be keeping quiet too. Eh, whatever, I STILL LOVE ANGRY!IRIS.
Iris looked back and forth slowly between the two men. “Fuck. Not only have you lost your memory again, you’ve gone gay, haven’t you?”

Poor Marwood--Iris has confused him quite a bit. Erm, that *is* Marwood, right? Because only Iris got pulled into the vortex and the Doctor's still on the TARDIS, yes? But then there's the bit with the two hearts, so I'm not entirely sure . . .
Well, we haven't seen the Doctor crash yet--Iris just assumes he has, so maybe he's still on the TARDIS? And Marwood's much younger-looking than the Doctor. (Unless of course this is going to be all wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey--of which I approve.)
On the other hand, there is the whole lack-of-memory of parents/general amnesia. And the two hearts.

Also, some of her stories exist online at The Iris Wildthyme Pages-- my favourite is Iris explains. My Iris is most like the Iris in there... a lot of her other incarnations have been more on the old and decrepit side. *nods*
