If you did today or plan to in the future set up three things...one big, 2 small that you want to accomplish. Then do two of them...all three are a bonus, but just getting two done will give you a sense of accomplishment.
We live in such a hurry up, omg!, overwhelming society that sometimes the idea of doing something is more paralyzing than actually doing it. We also tend to over commit our free time and then get frustrated when we don't accomplish all that we think we should.
Whether you took a MHD or not, I hope today is a better, brighter day.

I hope you were able to take the day and give yourself some space. Is there some time you could plan for a short vacation, even if it's a stay-cation? I know the place in Ocean City will be free most of April, if you needed a change of scenery....
