Oh, my dear, I am so sorry. But, you know, most of that is not you failing at life, but things not going the way they are supposed to which is TOTALLY not failing at life...it's just...life.

And I predict (and I am a genius at predictions, by the way) within a week you will have a day when everything seems tremendously wonderful and how could stuff be this cool?

I am SO excited you're doing the Rossi/Prentiss exchange. I SQUEED when microgirl8225 told me you had signed up.

And I am terribly glad you will have regular internet again soon.

*hugs* Thank you. I know most of it is just red tape and stupid stuff that isn't getting done, but since it's all making me miserable, it feels like failing at life. :P I hope your prediction comes true, because today is not that day. Today is a party of, "No, you may not have internet."

At least I will have plenty of time to write! I am so flattered that you are glad to have me. :D

I was just thinking about you, re-reading old conversations we were having about CM. (Not like, creepily stalking you or anything. I was trying to find something for a story. Yes, I'm actually sort of writing.)

Robert Patrick wasn't in the NCIS ep all that much. He and Gibbs frowned at each other a lot. Then Gibbs got the upper hand. The end. ;)

I'm sorry about the rest. :( I do not understand how the bar works--did you need 36 more points to pass? Or do they just have a ridiculously high percentage needed out of 406?

Um. Yay, smitty! *hugs*

*hugs* Yay writing!

So I realized that I explained that bar thing terribly badly. There's a maximum of around 600 or so points you can earn. And they do this ridiculous calculation that involves taking your raw score from the multi-state, skewing it to a curve, counting it once, then taking your raw score from the MD essays, which are already graded against each other, counting them twice, and then if you have 406 points, you pass. So you really only needed 66% and I got a little over 50%. 36 points away from passing, or what would be 9 points if we were using a 100-point scale. So in that vernacular, it's almost a letter grade, but it's doable.

*hugs* Thanks! I am trying to keep in mind that proverb about the caterpillar, and just when he thought everything was lost, he turned into a butterfly. And I'm all, "HEY! It's BUTTERFLY time now!" And tapping my foot impatiently. :) I may be missing the point of that one.

*HUGS YOU* For the record, I would like to categorically state that I think you are a wonderful person, and I hope every day for the stupid stuff to quit dogging your heels.
