Oh. My. Gods. I am soooo sore right now. Tomorrow's going to be worse, of course. Still, it's a good sort of sore. I worked until 5 & then went straight to pilates & then dance class. the guy comes back in yelling something about needing a gun & a cutter. And I figure that this is really not going to be my day. It turned out that he meant a hot glue gun & a strap cutter, which was a great relief

LOL! Yeah, what a relief!

And I love the coffee pot story! Yay for afternoon coffee:)
I'm so glad your co-workers are turning out to be nice!

Coffee is a necessary nutrient any time of the work day. :-D

They're a fun crew. At one point this afternoon, one of the women yelled, "Run, baby, run!" to K the supervisor & he proceeded to run in slow motion over towards her station while making 6 Million Dollar Man sound effects. Of course, then he had to explain who the 6 Million Dollar Man was to S3, who it turns out is only in his early 20's.

Fun as they are, though, I'm still not exactly trilled that we're supposed to be working Saturday. :-P

Heh. I could take pictures of the crew & make LOLcoworkers. :-D

As for the Russian, I'm pretty sure alphaviolet also speaks it. I may pick up some language tapes or something, too.

Definitely a good idea to start learning the language - you'll probably start picking some things up just listening - it's how I'm learning Chinese.

Oddly enough, S2 said something that sounded suspiciously like "Chinese Monk" & "Days Inn". Another kept saying a word today that sounded like "Buddha".
