Uninstall NAV NOW, it's a bloatware piece of crap.

Download and install AVG Free or Avast (both FREE) for better protection than NAV will ever provide.

ugh, won't let me delete - of course I wrote that last thing just reading the title rather than noticing that you actually WERE trying to uninstall it and install Avast
