W00t for getting your book done. I love that sense of accomplishment. :-)

As for Grandma, I'm assuming they have 3 levels of care at her community? The regular apartments, assisted living & skilled care? Most places have enough room in the assisted living apartments to let the residents have a lot of their furniture, etc.

And that's great for cousin M. I didn't realize she was old enough to play Susan. I should take the kids to see that. They loved the movie.

Oh! And here's hoping you get the job! *fingers crossed*

Yep, three levels. Actually, 4 because there are the "Garden Homes" that are little free-standing cottages. We won't know what's happening until later in the week, though & I'm fairly certain that Grandma herself is not even remotely interested in Assisted Living.

Unfortunately for you & the kids, Sunday was the last performance for Narnia. It is a little weird to realize M's that old. Even weirder is that her older brother is starting college next year!

The apprenticeship isn't a job, exactly- I won't get paid. But it'll be highly valuable experience.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the apprenticeship; it'll be cool for you. I did realize it was unpaid; don't know why I said job.

Good luck with Grandma. I've seen residents in Assisted Living have nothing done for them besides having their meds handed to them by the nurse. All the bathing, laundry, etc, they still do themselves. So hopefully it'll be fairly easy to convince her she needs to move there, if she does.

Bummer about Narnia. :-(
