I should probably buy a cookbook one of these days. Picky eaters are a little difficult, and internet recipes tend to conflict with each other...

I'm afraid I haven't been sleeping well lately. Would anyone happen to have any suggestions?

If you're having trouble sleeping, there can be different reasons, and you've probably already thought of the obvious ones. There are some other possibilities, though. I'm told that looking at blue-tinted light sources in the evening (such as a predominantly blue website), for example, can throw off your biological clock, as can delaying breakfast.

I'm fairly sure I know why. I'm more concerned with solutions, to be honest.

It can be hard to give a solution without really knowing what the problem is.

...is it because of Suzumiya-san?

[Because you know Karen would have heard about it sooner or later. Though she wouldn't know the "real reason," of course. She's thinking Haruhi is noisy or something.]

Ah... hmm. I've been rather stressed lately.

(( Yep, I assume the general idea would have gotten around through the rumor mill |D ))

I can't really think of anything that helps when I'm having trouble sleeping. Luckily, it doesn't happen often enough to worry about...

Maybe warm milk?

It's probably worth a try.

(( YES, SOB. KINDA. Although he's a tiny bit empathic even normally. ))

It couldn't hurt.

And as for picky eaters, there's always take out.

That's what I used to live off of. It's probably better to learn to cook.

Let me borrow your kitchen to bake something and I'll show you how to make some stuff!

That might be a little difficult, unfortunately.

Cookbooks conflict with each other as well.

You know I could always help, Itsuki. I'm considered to be a pretty good cook according to Yuzuriha and Saiki.

Yeah, I'll see what recipes I know and can dig up and send 'em to you. I'm not exactly in the best position to leave right now, so this'll have to do for now.

It's a little hit or miss as to whether I can have people over, so that might be for the best.
