and yea its REALLY hot outside -.- im on the east coast and we've had heat wave after heat wave and i just cant take anymore and fire baton >:D awesome ^^ im trying out for track laster this yeat but i dont think that my cardio is up to par....

dude the heat index was 110 today *dies* yeah there have been a ton of heat waves here in the midwest too, it's insane. =O
good luck with track!!! hopefully it won't be this hot next spring x3

110?? O_O today is supposed to be 95 but with humidity... its like 100 or 103....
and thanks ^^ this spring was really hot for me... almost 70-80 degree weather everyday -.-
