Oh dear…

[The video feed turns on to reveal a very teary eyed girl. She’s wearing a pink lace dress and an umbrella is in her hands. The hand not holding the umbrella reaches up to wipe her tears away. It takes her a moment to notice that the feed has turned on. She sniffles for a second before turning to the camera.]

Asking around might help. I had to ask a lot of people before I could make heads or tails of this place as well.
