Like you, I love Fall and Spring. Fall is cool and invigorating and Spring just makes me want to live in my garden. I dont mind the cold of our mild winters but when the days are dark for very long I get down in the dumps.
Its hard to deal with those days when remembering loved ones who have passed on. It at the same time feels good and sad to think about them.
I hope things are going better for you now.
